2. Player Account Integrity & One-Account Rule

- Single Account Limitation: Each individual is permitted exactly one (1) account across our platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, shared household farming, or syndicate registrations to exploit promotional bonuses constitutes a material breach and results in immediate account closure.
- Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password, biometric credentials, and SMS verification codes. Color Game Plus is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from player negligence.

5. Inactive Accounts & Account Maintenance
Accounts with no recorded login activity or wagering turnover for a consecutive period of twelve (12) calendar months will be classified as inactive. Color Game Plus will dispatch email and SMS notifications 30 days prior to inactive classification. Inactive accounts can be reactivated at any time upon player request with zero balance forfeiture.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All visual assets, proprietary logos, vector illustrations, game software, written guides, and odds analysis tables published on colorgameplus.ph are the exclusive intellectual property of Color Game Plus. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial scraping is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability & Responsible Entertainment
Color Game Plus is provided for recreational entertainment. Players acknowledge that games of chance involve inherent financial risk. Color Game Plus is not liable for speculative gambling losses, local internet connection failures, or device malfunction. We reserve the right to amend platform terms, bonus structures, and game rules with reasonable advance notice.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of Color Game Plus that cannot be amicably resolved through our dispute escalation protocol shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila.
